Today I had the lucky job of taking Izzy to the vet to get spayed. (I think Jed just wanted me to be the bad guy!). I'm usually used to dogs staying overnight when they get spayed, but at this vet they send them home the same day. When we picked her up at 5:00 she was still quite drowsy from the anesthesia. She could barely walk, poor girl! :(
Jed and I needed to stop at Wal Mart real quick for some groceries and since all Izzy was doing was sleeping, we left her in the car in her bed. When we came out she had tossed her cookies down the center console of my volvo. Ugh! I know it wasn't her fault, but it was a mess! So when we got home Jed cleaned the car with q-tips and clorox wipes (while holding a flashlight...he's a good sport) while I finished making the pizza and cinnamon rolls!

Then we tucked her in with her rubber chicken not far away. Aww! She looks so sad! :( We love you Izzers! Feel better soon!
I don't feel so well. Dad's even letting me sleep on his sweatshirt tonight.
Then we put the rest of the kids to bed. I love this pictures because this is Raja asking Jed for food. "Jed I always get a snack before bed, honest!"
Sleeping babies! Jed may not be able to move...haha! He's adjusted really well to sleeping with two cats, or maybe the cats have adjusted well to sleeping with Jed....? Either way, I think someday we will upgrade to a king size bed...it gets quite cramped!

Tell Izzy to feel better. We've been through that surgery junk enough times with Fred. Poor babies!
I'm eating breakfast before work and reading all your updates, and listening to Rascal Flatts. seemed appropriate to have them playing while I was looking at pics of you and Jed...

This is TOO funny! First off - poor Jed is sleeping in flowery-heaven. (I think it's pretty but I'm sure Jed doesn't care about the beauty of his bed!)
Secondly...the cats are ON HIM! LOL
why is this? That's exactly what Jeff's 2-dingbat cats did to me!! Ug*

I love the picture of Jed and the cats in bed! :) It's too cute! He actually has been really good about it, he sleep so heavily I'm not sure he knows they are there! haha! And he doesn't care if the bed is flowery, as long as it's made and he can sleep in it lol.
omg I can't believe Izzy puked in your car! I would cry! its bad enough when humans puke in your car..lol
Yea, I did almost die! She puked more than once too! I wanted to cry!!! Next time, we take Jed's truck!
