A few strands short of a gumdrop

So, we decided it was time to put up some Christmas lights outside. We figured we would just light the 4 blue shrubs outside. This being the first time lighting outdoor bushes for either of us, we had NO idea how to go about this. We went to buy lights and bought 4 strands thinking that it might be enough....it was not enough. I wanted them to look like 4 little gumdrops...we officially have 1/2 of a gumdrop. The other gum drop isn't lit because we don't have any outdoor extension cords! Ugh! We'll get there someday!





































It was blowing like a banshee that day so while I was doing this, I ate about 2 pecks of dirt. My teeth were literally grinding. Yum!


We will buy a few more strands and then I will be able to post the finished product....let's hope! :)
